Coughlin, Margaret M., long time resident of Yonkers, NY, died peacefully on Jan. 5, 2010 at age 87.  Born in Boston, MA on Aug. 15, 1922 to Edward J. and Sarah Cannon McGrath, she graduated from The Academy of Notre Dame, and Pierce Secretarial School.  Margaret was predeceased  by her loving husband Howard Coughlin, former President, Office and Professional Employees International Union and 1st Chairman, executive board of The American Arbitration Association.  Howard was a trusted advisor to four United States Presidents.  Margaret was a long time parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church, Bronxville and a member of Leewood Golf Club.  She was a generous volunteer with Meals on Wheels.  She is survived by her dear friends, the Solazzo and Tarpey families.  Visitation will be held at Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home on Wednesday 2-4 &  7-9 PM.  Funeral Mass, St. Joseph’s Church, Bronxville, Thursday Jan. 7, 2010 at 11 AM.  Interment to follow at Bronxville Cemetery.
